Your driveway needs a minimum width of 2.5 metres for our delivery truck to safely place your skip bin. If your driveway is narrower, we can usually position the bin on the road outside your property or discuss alternative placement options when you book.
What happens if I put too much weight in my skip bin?
Each skip size has weight limits for safe transport. If your bin exceeds the weight limit, we charge $20.00 including GST per 100kg over the limit. We’ll weigh the skip when we collect it and let you know if any excess weight charges apply.
Do you offer trade accounts for builders and contractors?
Yes, we offer trade accounts for builders, contractors, and regular commercial customers. Trade accounts include invoicing terms and streamlined booking processes. Contact us on 09 445 3830 to set up your trade account and discuss volume pricing.
Can I extend my skip bin hire beyond the minimum 3 days?
Absolutely. While our minimum hire period is 3 days, you can keep your skip bin longer if needed. Just give us a call to arrange the extension and we’ll adjust your booking accordingly. Extra days are charged at our standard daily rate.
